Getting through Winter

I had almost forgotten about this blog site. My daughter, Leah, reminded me the other day, that I had comments on the first blog I wrote-and lo and behold- I did. Thank you Thess, Leah and Rishell for reading and commenting.
Rishell, I check your blog every so often and always enjoy your thoughts.
Our family blog is also a lot of fun to read and I check it almost everyday, thanks everyone!

Well winter is still here and a gray as ever. It's been a long one and an emotional one too. With John's deteriorating health, I wonder how we'll handle things as they get worse. We do talk about life and the end of life and are both, in conversation, all right with our lives. I worry about how controlling I can be. What is my role in all of this. John is certainly able to decide what he wants to do in a day/evening. How much of what I think is important for his well being-actually is. If he doesn't want to go out, should I continually try to make going out sound like fun or should I just let him decide.
Oh well, we'll sort it out.
Good Things:
Nice walk with Leah yesterday!
Crocuses in the yard!
The library, so close, has a great selection of interesting books!
Jack and Luke, our grandchildren, are so much fun to be around!
All of the kids are So Great!
